Who We Are

Strategy, Finance and Governance

Excellent Stewards.

We have a responsibility to the community and to our donors to ensure we maintain excellent stewardship of the dollars we raise. Our mission is too critical and our work too vital to our community to allow for nothing less than long-term sustainability.

Strategy

The YWCA of Palm Beach County is a mission-based business. And like any business, we use a strategic plan to guide our operation. Our strategic plan determines areas of need in our community and sets forth both internal and external goals aimed at addressing those needs, along with steps to achieve the goals. Here you will find the tool we are using to complete our new strategic plan. If you'd like to contribute your input to our strategy, please complete the SOAR and submit it Attn: CEO via mail to 1016 North Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach, FL 33401; Fax to: 561-640-9155; or email to sspencer@ywcapbc.org

Our fiscal year runs from July 1 - to June 30 and we operate on just over $3.2 million dollars a year. We hope that your trust in our ability extends to continued financial contributions. Please consider a donation by clicking here.
