COVID-19 Updates

Learn More

As our entire state and nation navigate the effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), YWCA of Palm Beach County is constantly monitoring the situation and staying in close contact with the Center for Disease Control, Health Department, and other partners. We value the safety and well-being of our entire community.

As of June 2020, there is a significant concern about widespread activity in the State of Florida. In an abundance of caution, the YWCA of Palm Beach County is involved in helping slow the spread of COVID-19.

YWCA of Palm Beach County is committed to the safety, wellness, and health of our program participants, families, employees, and the Greater Palm Beach County community. As a result of the recent coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we are enacting the following changes in canceling all events until further notice, closing our office to the public ensuring our staff's safety, as well as providing essential supplies and PPE to our staff and participants to protect themselves and others. Check back here for updates.

Please stay safe: No one is immune to COVID-19. Following public health guidelines about physical/social distancing is critical! The virus can be spread by anyone, even if you don’t have symptoms. Keeping a distance of at least 6 feet and wearing a mask helps protect all.
