For over five years, The Leadership Haven Resource Center LLC has been a principal provider of leadership and business development training. We have nurtured a multi-county business partnership with established and emerging leaders, corporations, nonprofits, and small business owners, providing training and resources that promote overall personal growth, increased productivity, and economic progression.

The Leadership Haven Resource Center LLC has provided multiple hours of leadership coaching, corporate training, team building retreats, board development, and business consulting to individual clients and businesses across multiple counties and districts.

The Leadership Haven is led by CEO and Leadership Consultant Tessie Watts, M.Sc., of Riviera Beach, FL. For over five years, Tessie has been a noteworthy consultant, speaker, and trainer in the area of leadership and organizational development. Tessie has a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and multiple years of training, public speaking, and consulting experience.

The Leadership Haven Resource Center LLC is financed partly by local grants and other private and public collaborations. The Leadership Haven Resource Center LLC is headquartered in beautiful Palm Beach County, FL, and services are extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis.
